Three Private Homes 🏡
Across the Lake House, Ranch House, and Cottage, the ranch has 28 bedrooms and sleeps 100+ guests, all on the same property.
The Lake House is the largest home, at roughly 8,000 square feet with 15+ bedrooms and 12.5 baths. Thirteen of the bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms, and most rooms sleep 4 to 8 guests. The Great Room has an open kitchen with an oversized island that seats 8, a 12-foot dining table, and a living area with large leather couches. French doors open to a back patio and deck overlooking the 25-acre lake. 🌅
The Ranch House has 8 bedrooms and 8.5 baths in a ranch-style layout. The kitchen, dining, and living areas are combined in one open space with an oversized sectional and multiple cozy nooks. A covered wraparound porch overlooks Beaver Pond, the birthplace of the ranch’s artesian spring. ✨
The Cottage is the most recently remodeled home, with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, custom bedding, and custom furniture. A huge custom island overlooks a deck on Cypress Pond. It sits next to the Lake House with easy ramp access and is a great fit for leadership teams, small families, or anyone who wants extra privacy.
Every home has a fully equipped kitchen and its own campfire area. The Cottage’s is a bit smaller than the others. 🔥

Bedrooms and bathrooms: sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, tissue, hand and body soap, shampoo and conditioner, and hairdryers
Kitchens: refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, electric oven, pots, pans, utensils, flatware, plates, bowls, glasses, wine glasses, serving dishes, mixer, blender, toaster, and a crock pot or Instant Pot
Coffee bars: a commercial two-pot Bunn brewer, coffee, sugar, creamer, and a bean grinder
Laundry rooms: two washers, two dryers, detergent, an iron and ironing board, and cleaning supplies
For families: a playpen and a booster chair

The Event Barn is 4,000 square feet, with configurable seminar tables and chairs, four 86" smart TVs on an integrated A/V system, a lounge with an oversized sectional, ping pong, a piano, and a coffee bar.
The Banquet Hall/Café seats 100+ and has a commercial kitchen with a walk-in fridge and freezer. Its centerpiece is a 30-foot four-way stone fireplace, and the covered patios overlook the spring-fed swimming pool with natural waterfalls. 🌊
