Classic Wedding Package

50 guests

Premier Wedding Package

  • Exclusive Access to the 1000 acre Ranch (4 PM Friday to 1 PM Sunday)

  • Access to all homes (Lake House, Ranch House & Cottage)

  • No, but we do have another option. If you have 50 or less guests, you may choose our Classic package which includes the Lake House and the Cottage only.

  • Yes, a professional wedding planner is required. We highly recommend working with Shauna Hamby, who knows our property well and ensures everything runs smoothly. If you prefer to work with a different planner, they must be pre-approved by our team prior to booking.

  • Yes, BYOB is allowed, but a TABC certified bartender must be present when alcohol is served.

  • Security is required for events over 100 people. The rate is $55/hour and payment is due two weeks before the event.

  • You can choose from multiple outdoor ceremony and reception locations. The Event Barn or Banquet Hall can be used for indoor options.

  • Both wedding packages include two nights from Friday at 4 PM to Sunday at 1 PM. Additional nights can be added for an extra fee.

  • Yes, your planner and vendors may arrive and begin setup one hour before check in.

  • It’s a 15-seater golf cart, perfect for photos, group transport, or cruising around the property.

  • Yes, pets are allowed for $100 per pet per stay, and must be disclosed upon booking.. We will also need the owner to sign our pet waiver.

  • Yes. A refundable $2,500 damage deposit is due two weeks before the event, and wedding insurance with signed liability waivers is required 45 days prior. Peak or holiday weekends may incur additional fees or require extra nights.

  • Yes, we have a preferred vendor list we can share upon request.

  • Yes! Both of our wedding packages include a complimentary 4-hour photo shoot session scheduled prior to your big day.

  • Absolutely. We include two pre-event planning sessions at the Ranch as part of your wedding package, so you and your planner can walk through all the details onsite.

  • Only registered overnight guests are allowed full access to the property amenities. However, daytime guests are welcome during your scheduled wedding events.

  • Fireworks are only allowed if there is not a burn band in Hill County. All debris from fireworks must be cleaned up prior to check out.

  • You may choose anyone you like. Please keep in mind. We are not responsible for any vendors. All communication and coordination must be made directly with them.

  • We asked that outdoor music finish by 1 AM to respect our neighbors. Please note Security must be present for the duration of the event when the guest list exceeds 100 ppl.

  • Guests who are on site for the ceremony and reception only (not part of the 100 included in the reservation) are charged at $50 per person. Max 300pl
